InLine Inspection

Advanced inspection technology ensuring the safety, reliability, and longevity of your pipeline systems.

OUR SERVICES

Pipeline Integrity Solutions delivers advanced in-line inspection solutions to detect, assess, and document pipeline integrity across every phase of operation. Using industry-standard MFL (Magnetic Flux Leakage) and Ultrasonic technologies, our team identifies metal loss, internal and external defects, and geometric anomalies that could impact performance or safety. Whether it’s a caliper run to confirm pipeline geometry or a full ultrasonic survey, our inspections provide accurate data for informed maintenance decisions, ensuring your system remains compliant, reliable, and built to last.

Gauge plate

An inspection services using gauge plates to verify internal pipeline conditions, identify restrictions or weld protrusions, and ensure full bore clearance before pigging or product transfer—helping construction teams prevent downtime and maintain system integrity from the first weld to final tie-in.

Caliper

Measure internal profile variations like dents, ovality and internal diameter transitions with the primary objective being to detect mechanical damage and/or ensure that a less flexible metal loss inspection pig or intelligent pig can pass through the pipeline without meeting any obstructions.

Magnetic Flux Leakage

An inspection tool used to examine pipelines for internal corrosion, metal loss, and other defects by creating a magnetic field within the pipe and detecting disruptions in that field caused by anomalies in the pipe wall.

Ultrasonic

An inspection tool used to examine the internal surfaces of pipelines by utilizing ultrasonic waves to measure pipe wall thickness and detect potential defects like corrosion, cracks, or other irregularities.
